Hollie Webb, who runs the Fakenham Slimming World groups, says: "I’m so proud of all of these ladies.

"They are fantastic ambassadors for Slimming World and what they’ve achieved is nothing short of incredible.

"They’re a huge inspiration to everyone in our group and I hope they inspire other women – and men – in Fakenham to change their lives in the same way."

Ms Webb said a challenge for the women was to stay committed to their slimming aims no matter the time of year.

She also said: "As someone who watched them conquer this challenge, the toughest aspect for them is the commitment to keep going no matter what challenges they face in their personal lives or what time of year it is.

"With the help and support from the other members in group each week, we always support each other to find a way to get through the more challenging times, stay consistent and have fun too."
