A chef who has worked in five-star hotels across the globe is hoping to bring a "dumpling revolution" to Norfolk.
Andrew Blundy, 54, has been a chef since he taught himself the craft at the age of 16.
His career has taken him to hotel restaurants in countries including Bangladesh, Indonesia, Thailand, Egypt and Malaysia.
He returned to the UK around 10 years ago and used his knowledge to launch a street food dumpling van, hireable for events and markets in Bedfordshire.
But just two weeks ago, Mr Blundy relocated to Fakenham to be closer to his mother.

He said he is excited to share his cuisine with local people and start "a dumpling revolution".
"I'm in the area for good now and I'm looking at starting a dumpling revolution of sorts," he said.
"I don't know much in life but I do know what is right in cooking.
"My food is simple but it's really good - simplicity is the hardest thing to pull off in food because with simplicity there is nothing to hide."
Fat Buddah Dumplings - previously known as The Dumpling Man - offers vegetable, chicken and pork gyoza with a range of sauces inspired by the chef's travels around Asia.
Mr Blundy will be at Fakenham Market for the first time on Thursday and Fat Buddah Dumplings is also available for outdoor catering and events.
