Plans to improve the appearance of an eyesore property in Fakenham town centre have been pushed back until next year.
The building at 9 Norwich Street - previously described as a "carbuncle" - was due to be covered in a wrap by early November.
But with Christmas approaching, it remains on full display to the public.
Now, North Norfolk District Council (NNDC) has confirmed the wrap is due to be installed in January once its design has been finalised.
A spokesman said: "We are working to complete the design work for the wrap and will actively engage with Fakenham Town Council and members before its final commission.
“The wrap was pushed back due to our desire to agree the final design with the Town Council whilst also factoring in supply timelines.
“We are aiming to install the wrap in January.”
The property at 9 Norwich Street was originally declared unsafe in 2019, before being served with an urgent works notice last year.
It has been surrounded by scaffolding since May.
